Real Club Deportivo and Newcastle United Football Club reached an agreement to transfer Fabian Schär to the English Premier League club.

The Swiss centre-back ends one season in Dépor with 27 official matches in LaLiga and Copa del Rey, where he scored 2 goals and made 2 assists.
