Institutional Information

Real Club Deportivo de La Coruña, SAD is a centenary football club which was founded in the city of A Coruña in 1906. Some of its remarkable accomplishments include winning the Spanish First Division  League Championship (2000), two Spanish Cups - Copa del Rey (1995 and 2002) and three Spanish Super Cups (1995, 2000 and 2002)

Real Club Deportivo de La Coruña SAD social purpose is the following:

1.- Taking part in professional sports competitions involving football.
2.- Promoting and developing sporting activities of one or several sports.
3.- The commercial use and marketing of sporting events, products and all kinds of rights linked to, or related to, the sport, the professional team and the team's means.

All these events may be developed, in whole or in part, through subsidiary companies in which the Company holds the ownership of shares or any type of participation and which have an identical or similar corporate purpose.

Remuneration of Senior Officers and Directors

The maximum payment limit for the Board of Directors was approved by majority at the General Shareholders' Meeting on 27 of April 2021 and was set at 252,000 euros.
The Public Limited Sports Company has signed top management contracts with the directors of the Sports Management Department.

Real Club Deportivo de La Coruña, SAD, has a Compliance Officer and, carrying out its responsibilities and in   keeping with its values and culture of compliance, and prevention of gross misconduct, fraudulent and/or criminal behaviour, has developed a compliance manual that includes The Board's commitment to the Club's system and policy, the necessary processes for its correct implementation and the internal policies developed as specific control points for the prevention of compliance risks.
