Emre Çolak on the bench for Turkey. Fayçal scores for Morocco. Borges’ Costa Rica defeated.

Three Deportivistas had international matches with their national sides yesterday: Celso Borges (Costa Rica), Fayçal (Morocco) and Emre Çolak (Turkey). The first two were in their teams’ starting XI.
Emre Çolak on the bench against Finland
Emre Çolak, who is living a great football moment in Dépor, was called to play two matches for Turkey.
The first of the two took place yesterday against Finland in Antalya (Turkey), to qualify for the 2018 World Cup in Russia. Turkey won 2-0. Emre Çolak didn’t play.
The second will be a friendly against Moldavia on Monday 27 March (7:15 pm local time), in the Turkish city of Eskisehir.
Fayçal scores for Morocco
Fayçal Fajr, who had an outstanding performance in the last Africa Cup of Nations, has been selected by Morocco for two friendlies in March.
The first was yesterday against Burkina Faso at the Marrakesh Stadium. Fayçal scored the opener for Morocco, who won 2-0. Fayçal came off on the 88th minute.
The second encounter will take place next Tuesday against Tunisia, at 9 pm in the same place.
A tough encounter for Celso Borges in Mexico
Celso Borges was finally selected for his national side Costa Rica, for two official games in March to qualify for the 2018 world Cup in Russia.
Costa Rica lost 2-0 against Mexico yesterday at the Estadio Azteca in Mexico City. The Deportivista midfielder played the whole match which practically finished in the first half.
Costa Rica will play Honduras on Tuesday at the Estadio Francisco Morazán in San Pedro Sula. The match will commence at 3 pm (local time).
A friendly against Kenya for Kakuta
Deportivo player, Gaël Kakuta, has been selected by the DR Congo national team, for a friendly.
The match will take place on Sunday 26 March (3 pm), at the Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos.
At the end of the match, the Deportivista forward will travel back to A Coruña.
