After the presentation of the campaign “Don’t risk it, love” for the Cardiovascular Prevention Week of HM Hospitals, and after undergoing a basic heart and cholesterol test, the same test any civilian can get done for free throughout this campaign, Fede Cartabria, who has finally returned to Dépor in which he will play for at least five seasons, also underwent another type of ‘test’; the journalists’ questions.

The Argentinian forward was “very happy to be here”. He admitted he had “had offers from elsewhere, but I’m happy here. I know what it’s like here. I hope to achieve something important in First Division and be a little more relaxed in Dépor”.

He recalled that in his first season in A Coruña “I began with many injuries, groin problems. I was finally able to get pace. This year I hope to be ready from the start.

He also confessed Poroto Lux’s role (former branquiazul player) in convincing him to sign for Deportivo: “He supported me a lot to come. I’m very happy here”. “We became great friends. He supported me a lot when I was here and I didn’t play. I’ve always been grateful to him”, he added.
