He admitted that when he found out that Deportivo we “very interested” in signing him, “it was very important for me. I have good memories, I know a lot of people, I know I’ll adapt quickly. I did everything possible to be here, for it to go ahead”

Adrian recalled that when he first arrived at the Club “I was an Under 19. I now have quite a few years’ experience of playing in Primera. Every player has to be responsible for bringing out the best in the team and doing the best possible season”.

The new Deportivista hopes to “score goals, assist. Those of us that play up front have that responsibility. And then work is what’s most important. A hard-working team always gets results”.

After training separately from the FC Porto team this pre-season, he said “what's important now is to be with the team soon, and work well”.
