Deportivo played their first away match of the season at the Ciudad de Tudela where many Deportivistas from different parts of Spain went to cheer the lads on. Borja Jiménez played Alberto Benito in Trilli's place, as the youngster is competing with Spain's U19 side; the rest of the squad remained the same as last week's starting eleven against Celta B.

The Branquiazuis got off to a rocky start but were awarded a free kick just outside the box in minute 7. Etilim lobbed the ball towards the penalty spot, where Lapeña headed it in to take the lead. It was a scrappy game, but the lads took advantage of the one-goal lead to bring back 3 valuable points from Tudela.
