Emre Çolak started off for Turkey against Moldavia

Emre Çolak, who is living a great football moment in Dépor, was called to play two matches for Turkey.

The second match was a friendly against Moldavia today in the Turkish city of Eskisehir. The blue-and-white midfielder was part of Turkey’s starting XI. Turkey won 3-1 and Emre was substituted on the 69th minute by K. Ayhan.

The first of the two took place on Friday against Finland in Antalya (Turkey), to qualify for the 2018 World Cup in Russia. Turkey won 2-0. Emre Çolak didn’t play.

Celso Borges will play in Honduras tomorrow

Celso Borges was finally selected for his national side Costa Rica, for two official games in March to qualify for the 2018 world Cup in Russia.

Costa Rica will play Honduras tomorrow at the Estadio Francisco Morazán in San Pedro Sula. The match will commence at 3 pm (local time).

Last Friday, Costa Rica lost 2-0 against Mexico at the Estadio Azteca in Mexico City. The Deportivista midfielder played the whole match which practically finished in the first half.

Fayçal faces Tunisia

Fayçal Fajr, who had an outstanding performance in the last Africa Cup of Nations, is with the Morocco national team for two friendlies in March.

The Deportivista forward will play against Tunisia tomorrow at the Marrakesh Stadium (7 pm local time).

The first was on Friday against Burkina Faso at the Marrakesh Stadium. Fayçal scored the opener for Morocco, who won 2-0. Fayçal came off on the 88th minute.

Kakuta on his way back to A Coruña

Deportivo player, Gaël Kakuta, played a friendly against Kenya yesterday with his national side DR Congo.

The match took place at the Kenyatta Stadium in the city of Machakos. Kenya won 2-1, and Kakuta who was in the starting line-up, scored a magnificent goal in the 60th minute that equalised the match at that moment.

Kakuta is on his way back to A Coruña. He is expected to arrive tomorrow morning.
