Captains Álex Bergantiños and Dani Giménez spoke to the press in ABANCA-RIAZOR's mixed zone.

The homegrown midfielder pointed out that during next Wednesday's playoff match against Málaga CF "our mindset will be what matters most. They're matches in which our mindset is an important factor, being focused, the small details, and knowing that any action may be definitive."

Álex believes that making it into the playoffs is "a minor objective. We've been very far from achieving it. We nearly gave up after the defeats against Rayo Majadahonda and Extremadura. The team has demonstrated its strength as a group, of fighting until the end."

The first Branquiazul captain hopes the fans on Wednesday "will be like today, pushing, helping us in the bad moments, which there will be. We need them."

On the other hand, Dani Giménez confessed he is "very happy. Not crazy happy because we know we have to rest. We're going to celebrate it with a dinner tonight and tomorrow we'll begin to recover because on Wednesday we must continue with important matches that are like finals."

The Deportivista goalkeeper emphasized that "the next match will be the most important one of the year, again. We've been accumulating tension and enormous pressure these last few matches. I hope this will help us in the playoffs."

He highlighted the fans' role, who "have been with us through good and bad. At the end of the day, the way of making it up to them is by returning the enthusiasm they demonstrate in every match here at the ABANCA-RIAZOR, and try to achieve the promotion for them, evidently for us also, but mainly for them."
