Florin Andone and Costel Pantilimon have been called to play for Romania's national team for two official games in October, to qualify for the 2018 Russia World Cup.

Thus, on Thursday 5 October Romania will host Kazakhstan (9:45 pm, local time) at the Ilie Oanâ stadium in Ploiesti, and on Sunday 8 October, they will visit Denmark (6 pm, local time) at the Telia Parken stadium in Copenhagen.

Both players will join their national team on Sunday 1 October, after Dépor’s match on Saturday 30 September (1 pm, Bein LaLiga), at the Estadio ABANCA-RIAZOR.

Romania are fourth in Group E with 9 points for the 2018 Russia World Cup qualifiers. Poland lead the group with 19 points, followed by Montenegro and Denmark (both with 16 points). Therefore, Romania miss out on next year's World Cup.
